I've lost my license 3 times and just got it back a month ago and I can tell you it is not fun, From my take on it you should try to hire a lawyer$$$ .It should save you giving the court money and or points on you license. The real killer is the increrase in insurance you should expect to see of such a ticket, the last ticket I received was 95mph in a 50mph zone. The ticket it self was $339, court fees-$25, (6 months later) applying to get my license back-$75, new license fee-$38. insurance increase $2500- and still I find myself driving too fast, but now I am finding out is really not worth it, but I swear i see a little devil on one shoulder and a little angel on the other..
Sometimes the dark side wins.
