It wasn't much of a refined car for sure which is why it would have been a waste to put a turbo in it.
With just a rear swaybar and some bushings and real tires, it really handled very well. It handled better than my 9-3SE. The 9-3SE has springs, bushings, Abbott's brace, rear swaybar, real summer tires, etc.
Power wasn't too great but it always beat a Tiberon. It topped off around 122mph or so. The turbo one that raced in OneLap would pass BMW M3s on the straight often.
We traded it in at 85K miles for %60 of what we paid for it. Not too shabby at all.
Please don't be snobby and knock it. I miss that car sometimes.
You don't want me to start acting like Raul, now, do you?
