thanks for the sound advice. I should do it right this time and maybe it will last longer than 6K miles. Has anyone o-ringed a 2.1 block? The space between the cylinder bores is even thinner...I don't know how much room is needed for o-rings. The performance of this engine/turbo combination is so great, I really want to keep it this way. Doing head gaskets every 6K miles will get old, though, even on a C900 with no AC!
