I have been playing with one of my used cars, a 1999 9-3, 5 speed 185hp. we dynoed it before we did anything and then procceded to modify it.
Aquimist water injection, removed the rear muffler, and modified the output signal from the MAP sensor. Modifing the MAP signal caused a few other thing to have to be tweeked to make it all work, no details on that today. I will say that the ECU is stock, the waste gate actuator is stock and no Dawes device is used.
The first colum is stock WHP the second is modified

As for wheel torque the max stock was 201.2 and wheel torque modified was 248.8.
I think the next big thing would be a larger down pipe.
