For anything loose in the engine compartment (i'm not sure what kind of "knock" you are hearing to its hard to give an accurate oppinion) and maybe have your struts and stuff checked out, my aero had a bad right front strut that made noise, but it was constant, they ended up fixing 1 side, then the other started, so they replaced that, then my auto-dimming rear view turned yellow, then it came loose.... well a lot of crap happened, so i've experienced a lot of weird noises and situations with newer saabs. Hope you figure out whats up with your car.
