LH amm still a bit of a mystery ...if I had 16V-T, I'd monitor inj duty cycle thru oper'g range. I suspect AMM is only active to a point (rpm, cfm ...?) where duty cycle is then locked in to fixed ms pule, and more fuel is just rpm function. Could also switch to speed-density sys instead. Inj saturation is likely with mods either way.
Anyhow, HKS and Apexi units are really not for just map output correction, and this is not a good idea, based on wot dyno runs I've seen where mix goes bad based on rpm.
Apexi advantage is it uses 2 correction maps, based on tps. lo could be idle to 1/3 pedal, and hi could be 2/3 pedal and up, as I recall. But need linear TPS, or mabe some simple boost switces and voltage splitters.
But can only mess so far, then an SDS is the better path, with option to move peak power up too, say 5600 vs typ 5100 ... that's likely 10% more hp.
The 002/007 volvo amm still has potential as low-ball approach to big inj's.
