If your going to go the route of porting etc, dont waste your timne with the 2.0 head, call around and find a good 2.1NA head. you will get alot more bang for your buck. Honest. You might knows this already, but a stock 2.1 head will flow more than a "fully ported" 2.0 head, now say you do get a 2.1 and port it then you will really have somthing on which to build HP.
this is a ballpark on what I spet thus far:
fully ported 2.1 head w/ polished chambers and exaust ports $2200
ported & smothed, ceramic coated exaust manifold ( inside and out) $300
ported intake manifold with full exterior detail smooth and Ceramic coat $400
The only thing that I havent upgraded to yet in the solid lifters, which I will do next summer.
check my site, look under engine stuff there are some pixs there.
Hope this helps,
Jordan Sturtz
