It can definitely do it... I knocked off a '96 GT a few years ago in my '90 SPG (mildly modified)... white with white wheels, and a huge FORD sticker on the back window, Ford license plate frames and, I came to find out, FORD MOTORSPORTS across the front bumper. Of course, I had to read that one backwards IN MY REAR VIEW MIRROR. Heh. :) Wonder how the FORD guy felt about being taken down by a Saab?
Last night I was being a punk and moved into an ending lane at a stop light, knowing that I would have to be the first across the intersection or have to merge back into traffic. The five-point-oh next to me wasn't having any of it, but when the light turned green the 250,000 mile old 9000T left the stang behind. He tried to race again at every light thereafter, but there were simply too many cars and too much stop and go. Sadly, the road didn't open up again before I had to turn, or I would have shown him what 50-degree-F weather and a 3" exhaust can do for a stock turbo. Heh.
