The blow off valve is not tapped to manfold pressure. It has a port right where the throttle place closes. This provides for some interesting switch like action for the bypass valve.
I suggest tapping into the hose that goes to the Absolute Pressure sender. I found a small plastic tee to do the job, and used a rubber adapter for 1/8" vacumm lines. So you can wing it from there. This will give you accurate readings. Note that with rubber vacuum line elbows and such, if the nylon tube gets to far into the fitting, the nylon tube can be blocked off which will create very sluggish meter response. You may also need to add a very small wire tie to the rubber fitting if the fit does not feel right. The brass fittings are much to heavy to be used on floating lines like this. You should be able to get a good connection this way, but be aware that if the connections at the tee fail, you could problems with the ECU and lfe in general!
