You can either turn the screw clockwise or short the wires to disable it. On a car that old you'd hate to get stranded somewhere due to a faulty overboost switch. I know the former owner of our 87 9000t got stranded and had to have it towed for that reason. IF you don't short the wires now just keep it in mind if the engine ever turns and turns but doesn't start.
