Cool... let me know what you find. The thing is that I know the SAFC works on cars with MAP sensors and MAF... it doesn't seem to care. Which would make sense - were I gonna design an flow or pressure sensor, I would probably work with the same voltage range. It *seems* that AMMs work in the 0-6v range, so perhaps MAPs do as well. It just occured to me I have an automotive electronics diagnostic manual, I'll see if it covers this sort of thing.
All that said, I am thinking that perhaps the way the SAFC works it simply increases or decreases the incoming signal as a percentage. Hmmm...
As far the the VPC goes, I looked into it. But at the price it commands I'd just go buy a Haltec system - the price difference is only a couple hundred bucks. The SAFC+MAP is cheap enough to warrant a calculated risk. :)
