You'd constantly have to run the freon compressor w/ that unit or the IC wouldn't cool(it's a closed system), so gas mileage would be horrible. A better idea, think about a unit like that but also is water cooled in addition(a dual vein IC). You can run h20 system for daily driving and then before sport driving turn off the H20 pump and turn the freon system on. The suspended h20 also would help the freon system by creating a cold capacitance.
An important question, what would freon do to the engine if the IC leaked?
