Lets take this step by step...I'm starting to get aggravated now.
You wrote: "While I agree with the concept, running 360cc out of a 24# injector is putting the whole system under conditions it was not designed for. The injectors are running way over 80% duty cycle, probably static, real hot, and even if they are cycling they can't hold against 85 psi anyway"
Duty cycle and pressure have NOTHING to do with one another. In FACT if your ECU is compensating duty cycle will go DOWN with higher fuel pressure because pulse width and duration do not have to be as long/large.
It's also a known fact that pintal style fuel injectors will run fine up to about 85psi of pressure...then you run into static conditions and even then it's not a given.
"Even with a 1:1 FPR you are going to be at 60+psi at 20lb boost."
Wrong again.
2.5bar ='s 36psi + 20psi of boost equals 56psi of fuel pressure at the rail under full boost.
Now please stop telling me I'm wrong when you don't even understand the basics of modern fuel injection...irregardless of brand.
Thank you.
