I can't say part numbers, but I'm pretty sure you'll need to replace the whole turbo if you want a T3/T4. Honestly, a T3/T4 is probably too big unless you're planning on some major upgrades. I'd recommend just getting a larger compressor on your current T3. Choosing a turbo is much harder than choosing say... an exhaust pipe. Turbos are very complex and if you don't match it just right, it will surge, spool up too slow, or spin too fast and burn up. I recommend doing a LOT of research into turbochargers before picking your own upgrade. If you could care less about turbos, buy a kit and you'll be happy.
By the way, Turbonetics uses all the same parts as Garrett so they're interchangable. If you want to build a turbo, you should check them out. Their website is below.
