We thought about switching the DIC but didn't because it was getting late in the day. The DIC is about one year old and I still have the old unit but I think I need a test unit to use to determine if this is the problem. It may also be a combination of things due to using so much boost. I might try replacing the plugs, DIC and check the conditions of the fuel injectors. Unfortantly this will have to wait until Wednesday or this weekend.
Also it maybe a problem related to EGT's. I'm not really sure how they would play into this but it is something else to consider. By increasing the boost there is an increased stress on fuel, plugs, DIC, and an increase in the EGT's.
