Thanks guys - I thought that may be the case with rich readings, ie. highly inaccurate from a/f gauge. From playing with RRFPR last night and increasing resistance on AMM back to 290ohms, i think it is actually slightly better than where I had it previously.

I originally had the RRFPR set at 2.3bar as i was saying... i turned the adjuster back 3 full turns last night and upped the AMM resistance to 290ohms. Last night it was showing slightly richer readings.
Out on the road this morning it was slightly better - readings as follows:

idle at the traffic lights: its running between 1st LED RED (0.05 to last stoich/first rich LED (0.70V to 0.75V) and under boost with WOT it is now displaying RICH - 2nd and 3rd green LED or 0.80V/0.85V and still stable.
What I shall do is leave it like this... it may be my imagination but it seems to be running a little better. Especially now through the mid range boost. Before it had a slight flat spot (probably not discernable to most people) at about 10-12psi.

I think ambient temperature has a hell of a lot to do with fuel ratios too... and this may be half the battle. Food for thought.

My performance guy who i used to use for my dyno runs has now shut up shop and sold all his gear :( - so no real easy access to another dyno run so cheaply in near future. I shall just keep it monitored and bear in mind your suggestions!
thanks guys!
cheers and a little happier
