as kevin said, and from what i've seen, more than likely it is a result of boost control by the apc. your fuel curve went from 12 to 13 near the end of the run. 13 still might have been to lean at that point. but, you did mention earlier that the shop had no means of directing moving air into the engine compt while pulling. more than likely the combination of a little less fuel and no cool air probably set things up to start hitting predet and resulted in the apc pulling boost back. not having been there, this is just a guess. sure, you can add h20 injection, more fuel, ic fan, or just assume that you have a little more than you got on the dyno when air is actually moving through the car... :)
