A) Currently have Viggen intercooler with water injection. The water injection helps reduce the temps even more then the standard viggen intercooler. Not sure how much cooler it flows with the waterinjection but it is an upgrade over the standard viggen intercooler. I'll have to keep in mind though possibly needing a bigger intercooler.

B)Plan on adding 3" downpipe and cat after adding in new turbo. Should be sometime during the summer or fall.

C)Adding t28 upgrade in the next month if not sooner. May look for the TD04HL-15T-6cm2 but not sure if I'll be able to find one. Either way it should be real increase in performance. I'm certainly looking forward to this upgrade.

D)Yes it is a bleed valve for the moment. Plan on adding Apexi electronic boost controller to have the advantage of multiple boost settings and the ability to monitor boost closer. The boost controller is being added mainly because the apc keeps failing. At $250 a pop for the apc I have already spent $500 on these in the last two years. A electronic boost controller cost $400 and I can use their boost controll sensor much like the apc if I understand them correctly.

E)Thanks for this information it is certainly what I need. I notice that the fuel regulator also needs to be upgrade form the 3.0bar to a 3.8bar. I'll try to buy the injectors as soon as possible and start looking for a new fuel regulator.

Thanks so much for your help and I will try to let the trionic system do all the work in the future. I'll remove the boost controller and see how the system works without it. I'm sure I'll be able to obtain my goal with this help. Can't thank you enough for your help.
