I have similar problems all the time with those guys! Just yesterday I was on the way to Eldora (ski resort- sort of) and I came across a Ranger doing 5 under for no particular reason. Naturally, I coaxed him a little, but nothing serious. He started stomping his brake at me, for after all, 5 under is definately "fast enough." I pulled out to pass him on a clear section of road, and the SOB tried to run me off. Dropping 2 wheels off the left side of a canyon road at full throttle in 3rd in an SPG is pretty frightening. He proceeded to ride my bumper for the next 20 mins, I lost him a couple many times but traffic held me up. The insanity continued as long as he was behind me, flashing brights, honking, swerving. Finally, I had enough of his juvenile behavior so I found a clear section of unpaved shoulder, pulled off, and stomped the brake. I got behind him, and as my GF pulled out a pen and paper to record his plate, he swerved down a side road never to be seen again. I do not think I have ever been angrier in my life- as I nearly lost it because of some moron's personal inadequacy. I feel your pain, I hate sharing roads with people who will endanger lives to prove... well, who knows!! Anyway, I wish happy, safe SAABing to all, as well as the presence of mind to avoid playing back at adolescent games. Sorry for the rant, but it has been bothering me a lot.
