I'm using the chrome bodied, white faced version of the gauge you linked to. I ordered mine through Checker Auto, cost about the same as on Egauges. I chucked the banjo bolt into a lathe and drilled through the bolt with a drill slightly smaller in diameter than the hollow portion of the bolt. Then I drilled into the head just deep enough to give me enough thread engagement. Since it is an NPT thread the diameter of the tap gets bigger the deeper you go. I cut threads until I bottomed out the tap and checked how far I could thread in the 90 degree elbow. I wasn't happy with it so I ground off part of the tap and cut the threads again(bigger as the diameter increases) When I was happy with that I threaded the elbow into the banjo bolt, and re-attached the bolt to the fuel rail. I mounted the gauge to the front of the rail (radiator side). Then I threaded the gauge into the elbow. I didn't use any thread tape or sealer and have no leaks. I've checked many times. I also removed some of the insulation from the hood so it wouldn't rub on the gauge. I can send some pictures if you want, let me know. Mine works great and was much cheaper than an in car version.
