Just curious- why bother messing around

when we know that Aero spec is premium 91 octane or better? I don't necessarily appreciate being "mandated" to fill the tank with P, esp. when it costs $2.20 (as it did here in Milwaukee a couple winters ago), but I just see that as something that comes with owning a high-performance auto. Perhaps I'm overly cautious/meticulous/"anal," but I just don't mess around with the cheap stuff, whatever it may be (filters, oil, etc.) in relation to my Aero. (Ask me about my '82 Jeep Grand Wagoneer- that another story ;^)
Cheers
Will
