This can easily be overlooked but on the rear passenger side you have the hose from the gas tank to the gas cap(not sure what really to call it). This takes up some room directly behind the wheel(a left to right line). When the tire pressure is low and you do alot of hard driving the tire may rub up against this hose unless you have spacers there. Now this may not also happen depending on how strong your sidewalls are on your tires. If the tires do due this there will not be an immediate hole in the gas line but over a period of time this may develop. Also you will not hear this wear due to the hard driving. This can very easily be overlooked especially if you just checked the front tires for rubbing problems and the rear driver side. I would suggest getting a spacer for this tire if not both tires to prevent any seriously deadly accidents. You may also want to take off this tire and check for any wear against this hose as well. Just something to think about.
I personally have had this problem and have added a spacer to my rear tires....POS goodyear tires
