You will get more bang for your buck if you got
A Stage2 APC, 30lbs injectors, 2.5bar fpr, AID unit, K&N and 20psi by-pass.

Unless your exhaust is totally shot, then go for the 3" with the DP.
If not the exhaust will get you 10 HP maybe on a stock Turbo, the above list good for at least 40HP and will probably cost you about the same as a 3" exhaust system with DP and high flow cat. Figure about $800 either way.

Here's a link to my brothers 90 900T, I've upgraded it with some carefully chosen mods. It can out Accelerate a 02 M3 on the freeway.
