With a advance unit I sent you set the timing a 20. Timing lower than 10 at full boost robs to much power.
Fuel pressure should be more like 60psi at 15psi with a RRFPR and stock injectors.
Next check the throttle switch with an ohm meter. Remove the connector.
The center is the common. When throttle is closed one of the other termianls will connect to center one. At full throttle the other one will connect. The connection made at full throttle can not have resistance, two to three ohms resistance will cause the ecu not to go into WOT programing allowing the O2 sensor to lean the mixture.
