That's kinda weird. More toe-in should give you better straight line stability, as in the car will want to go straight - if both front wheels are toed-in.
On the other hand, some toe-out at the front should make you turn in better. I have this on my SPG - and to change lanes, it's like all I have to do is think it, and I'm there.
Used to play with toe-in and toe-out on my go-kart. I still have this VERY nice toe gauge, made out of two solid CNC'd chunks of aluminum. Pity I can't use that on the car! But perhaps I just haven't thought enough about it just yet... :)
