Kevin: The TD04 HL-15T CAN hold 1 bar at high rpm's. I've had "more or less" the same software that's in your car, and it runs very nice.
What's needed is more fuel and a bigger IC. I see (IC?) that you've remedied point 2, but you still need more fuel to be able to maintain high boost levels at high rpm's.
Talk to "zeke" who has a MapTun software set up for larger Bosch injectors (from a Volvo V70R AWD), part # 0280 155 968. It peaks somewhere around 23-24 PSI and then holds a fairly high boost level (can't remember exactly) all the way to redline. Apparently runs like a fire snorting beast...
I'll be going more or less the same route shortly (when I have time to drive over to MapTun for a remapping).
Hope this helps.
BTW, do you really need water injection with the Abbott IC? I wouldn't think so, but that's my opinion. Try without it.
/ Karl
