Hi mike, good to hear someone's testing LH chips!
remember that BTDC means 'before top dead center'
and therefor a lower number BTDC is more retarded, higher number is more advanced. I currently have my timing at 18 BTDC static, retarding to about 11 via my BTM (I'm running 16 psi or so, stock injectors, 3 bar bosch FPR). I've heard of people running up to 22 BTDC static timing, but they may not have had a vacuum advance?
Are you working with a tuner or what? I'm quite interested. I just found out that I have acess to an eprom-burner (someone I know is using the exact same eprom chip the LH uses for another embedded computer system).
