The two Mustang GTs that I have been in (4.6L & 5.0L) must have been tuned down. They have some low end torque but nothing on top. I was very unimpressed. Where did you get the 14.0 1/4 mile number? There is no question that they will waste most Saabs for the first hunderd feet, but past that I am not convinced. I once saw an '88 9K (had to have been modded) in a flat out drag race with a '95 Stang GT. It was really sad how the guy in the Mustang got his a** handed to him. I would be interested to hear some of your experiences with GT's. Are they tuned differently in Canada? Thanks for your input Nick.
