I as you wante dthe same. I did the SAS lowering springs first even though most people suggest doing the bars first. I looked at it like this, becuas ei was doing the work, it would be more work to ad the springs later after tha bars were already fitted cause they'd need to disconnected at least to get the springs ing. After fitting the springs though, I still wasn't happy with the amount of movement stiil going on in my suspension. I then added the SAS sway bars a few weeks later, perhaps even a month. The bars make the biggest improvement I think. However I'm still not happy yet, so the SAS springs are coming out in a week or so from now, and being replaced with Iantrax springs. I want the stiffest I can get so that's all.
If I were you I'd at least get the SAS sway bars(they come with new poly bushings)and replace/upgrade some if not all of the the stock bushings(probably all worn out anyways)to poly. These will show lots of improvements in the way your car handles...
