It is most likely getting to rich. One the ecu sees a 5 volt output the air mass meter has nothing to do with the mixture. We have measured that buy 4000 rpm and 1.4bar the injector have gone to full on. Yours is most likely doing the same and giving it too much fuel at the wrong time. Options would be a stand alone computor system that you could adjust. Another way would be to run smaller injectors in the stock system add a couple of injectors in the discharge tube before the throttle plate with an adjustable injector driver. You need something that allows you to control the flow of fuel. Even three cold start valves, from an 8v, mounted in the tube between the intercooler that throttle would work, Just have them come on at different boosts.
Choose a path and we can work back and forth to work out the bug and give you some tuneablity.
