I used 20w-50 in my SPG this past weekend & the temp guage went to about 75% on the temp gauge. My boost was set to about 16 PSI with a T3/4 turbo but for some stupid reason after a few seconds of that boost it would go to 1/2 yellow or it would go to half red & sputter around. I had zero power above 5K which is where this turbo SHOULD be in it's prime!
Anyways, I then removed the drivers side headlight as well as the corner marker & the temp gauge stayed at 1/2 the entire time.
Also, could you please talk Royce into coming to the drivers school! We are a few cars shy of the break even point & desperatly need some more cars on the track, we will get LOTS of track time!!!!
I also live close to the SOC site so if you need a place to do your oil change we could make the short drive :o)
