Well this has been nice, cause we have been having problems with the big injectors but that seems to be out the way and idle also is smooth, it seems our calculations on the AMM pipe size is right (88,9 mm).
About the intercooler, the stock plastic bottoms are very narrow and have bad for flow so we welded 2 elements together and made new bottoms. They are not high flow but we have little space and time so this was the next best solution. High flow intercooler is a winterproject along with polishing that pour old head.
Air/fuel ratio gauge is a must in this game so either get drawings from the net, buy some components and start welding or buy one in the store.
You´ll have to be able to se if the mixture is rich or lean.
Keep on Saabin, Ice.
