I installed the front mount IC on my saab a while ago and I have no complaints what so ever. I know that it drops temp significantly and if you plan on a big turbo it has enough CFM flow to help. A buddy of mine at the F.S.U. Magnetic Lab tested the intercooler on the computer approx. 22whp, CFM is around 278 and drops temp an extra 31 degrees over the stock unit. Since you have the water injection then you should have no problem when it comes to temp. On the 9K IC you can go to an all around 3" piping without hassle and if you really think about it it is not getting the engine heat and it is right in front of the car not tucked behind the headlight some where. Trust me it works great.
