I'm confused by your voltage readings and what you are calling lean or rich. Narrow band O2 sensor should put out high voltage (0.8V up to 1V, depending on age of sensor)) under rich AF (>14.7), low voltage (.05-.2V) under lean AF (<14.7), and cycle back and forth under ecu control around midpoint (ideally 0.5V). Sounds like all of your readings (.75V - 1 V) are rich! Or does the Dawes device use a different sensor than the standard Bosch/Saab O2 sensor?
