No, i ran the pipework straight down and under the car, from the turbo outlet i used thesame pipe that usually runs from the turbo - original 900 intercooler but pointing downwards and the opposite end gets connected ie the bend is at the bottom where i used a piece of 9000 cut down pipe work to link to the intercooler via the Saab 9000 throttle body rubber. The opposite end of the intercooler i think i used the Volvo rubber pipe off the endtank then i used another piece of cut down 9000 pipe then ran it up between the gearbox and chassis rail to the original 900 throttle body pipe that you can see and have commented on.
I didnt want to run around the headlights as the outlets of the endtanks face back under the car and doing so would have meant running lots of tight angles, as it is there are no real tight turns in the pipework, the tightest being the original 900 pipe that runs from the turbo oulet to the intake of the intercooler, but the fist bend is around 12 inches from the turbo exit so reducing lag.
I plan on taking some bumper off shots in the next few days and will incorporate some pipework shots too!, bit busy removing 'Whaletails' from breakers yards!!
Pete.
