You need to do it on a Garret T3 as there is provision for moving the actuator which iseem to remember is not possible with the Mitsui Te-05, you undo the compressor side bolts (six of them) and remove the actuator, you can then turn the compressor housing 180 degrees leaving the outlet pointing downwards.
It may take some fiddling as you have to make sure the actuator arm is long enough to reach the wastegate and that the actuator mount clears the turbo oil return line- its tight but do-able.
Ill take some more photos soon.
