Press switches will be staged, 1psi pump turns on and, since it's for my LPT, 2-3psi to connect the injector to the duty cycle. I was going to use a relay for the pump(7amp) and none on the injector b/c the draw isn't that high on saturated injectors. Plus on the staged system the pump will come on before the injector and turn off after, the pump also has a built in one way check vavle so pressure will hold.

I'm not too worried about the injector driver right now. I have a back up ecu so If it does go I'll worry about it later. Brad hasn't had problems supposedly so I'll give it a try.

I'm actually setting the injector up like it would be in the car and then every once in awhile setting the program up to give it a little work out. This way I can see if there's any change in spray patterns. The oven idea is interesting but I don't have the energy for something like that. If all goes well w/ the spray patterns then I'll just monitor it closely for the first week and month it's in my car. I'm not sure if I'll go the methanol route or not yet. I might pull the system in the winter.
