So one pressure switch to get the pump working against regulator or bypass regulaor, to stage the pressure, and then the second switch to open the solenoid valve to feed the injector?
I would also use the second switch with a relay, to cut in the water injector and not have it buzzing with no flow. I would also like to see a high impedance amp for the added injector, just because doubling the electrical load on one fuel injector driver gives me fear. Yes I know, Brad has done such things. A very simple power op-amp circuit would do the job, set up for a gain of unity. Or a pulse width modulator... I'd better stop.
If I had a fuel injector lying around, I would bust it up or tear it apart and put the internals into a jar of water or water/alchohol mix and let it set for a while and look for rust or alchohol degrading any plastic bits. Maybe put the jar into an oven at 180F for a while too.. but not with alchohol!
