When this crazy Idea started 2 something years ago, The plan was to have the car appear as stock as possible from the outside, and then once I started opening things up to cause the jaws to drop. I think that the motor will do that nicely.
My color scheme is as follows:
All brackets pulleys etc in red powder coat.
As much raw aluminum in aluminum powder coat.
All screws, washers, nuts, bolts, etc in silver cadmium plate
Intake, exhaust, turbo etc in Silver ceramic and black ceramic coat (good for 1800+degrees)
All electrical looms in red.
Trans axel and block in semi gloss black so they don’t stand out more than the details.
Id like to think that my car will both stand out to the trained car eye, and disappear into traffic without being noticed. I guess I'll find out sooner or later.
