I followed Gregg Cronn's lead and drilled and tapped one of the fuel rail banjo bolts to 1/8" NPT. Goodridge makes a nice liquid filled gauge that can be had for about C$50. Autometer makes similarly small ones nowadays too for about half that price I think, but I dunno if they're liquid filled.
Of course, going this route you don't get in-dash readings of fuel pressure, but then, you're gonna be adjusting under the hood anyway...
