your TE05 will benefit from splitting the exhaust and wastegate gasses. A 3" system will work, but the benefit will not be as great as the former style mentioned. SPG9 and Brad have been working on one for a while, though I think they're still in R&D phases. I would guess that this downpipe will be $500+, though.
Scanwest exhaust is $600, is it not? JT is less, but shipping will eat up the difference. Scanwest is supplied by JT, last time I checked (about a year ago).
For now, I'd contact MSS about a cat-back system (that's what I have, and I have the Mitsu turbo!).
Lastly, grind down the little hump inside of the end of exhaust manifold. It causes unneeded turbulance there, and hinders spool up.
