SPG Rear Tires Rubbing; HELP!!!!!

I just installed aero rims (16" gray face three spokes) on my 88 SPG, with size 205/50/16 tires (Yokohama A520---"Ultra High Performance" Tires). The rear tires rub the wheel arches (outside edge of tires) when going hard into a turn or through a significant dip in the road. Yes, I know this is why in 1990 Saab decided not to put these rims on SPGs! What can I do? One suggestion was to use regular turbo springs on the rear, and another was to install spring air bags. Please let me know what you have done or what you suggest. NOTE: My brother has an 85 SPG with newer springs and 16" super aeros, and his do not rub. I don't want to spend the $ on new springs unless I really have to
