Are they only rubbing on screws that hold on the plastic lips for the wheel arches. I had a similar problem, one solution was 205/45/16 tires, this helped a great deal, then only when I load my car down in the back did they rub, and only the two top screws in the plastic arch extensions. I removed the two top ones on each side and put a couple of dabs of RTV silicon in to hold them in place while leaving the remaining screws in place. Now there is no problem, but the tire wall size was a big factor. The 16' Aero wheels originally came with 45's on 9000 T's. Also put in Bilsteins but that was around $400
