1. It all bolts right up.
2. Nope, they're the same size.
3. Not really, if you can fab/find the right cover, that's all you need to do. Since the engine support bolts to the block and not the transmission, no worries. You should use the correct clutch for the engine, not the transmission, but all the clutches are more or less compatible. I have an '85-'89 16vT clutch kit on my '78 99T.
4. Yes and Yes. The only LSDs are mechanical type, sold my S&J Automotive. They advertise in the back of Nines often. I understand they may not be appropriate for street use.
5. There are at least five different primary drives and two different final drives used on c900s, each with their own gearsets. Best bet is to find a copy of the c900 Transmission section of the factory manual kit for a full comparison. '89+ transmissions have improved pinion bearings, '91+ transmissions have improved synchros. Later is better.
