ECU (LH) Swap Question

Ok, hopefully I won't get nailed too bad for the double post (this is also in the 9000 forum), but I need this information soon so I figured I would double my chances a bit.
I have a 1990 9kT (2.0L) that is receiving a 2.3L turbo engine. My question is, will a 1991 (or 1992) computer work with my existing wiring harness, or will I have to get one from a donor car?
As a side note, the 1990 had the LH 2.4, and APC/DI (I know this for a fact). So, there should really be no issues with engine swapping, even if I use the existing ECU. But, I am also hoping to upgrade the computer, or at least use one that is meant for a 2.3L.
The reason I have to ask this question is that the engine is coming from a 1992 (I believe WITH TCS), and of course in 1990 they did not offer TCS. They also did not offer it in 1991, so I was hoping that the 1991 computer would work.
Anyone with some information, please let me know. Thanks.
