bazil backpinn your 02 sensor with a DMM set to 0-1Vdc
drive the car while watching the o2 voltage on light to moderate driving you will see closed loop operation(o2 swinging) this will also be efected by subtle changes in throtle position.
than say at 3Krpm floor it & before big boost is made you will see that the o2 V pinns to the top around .8V or so but if you back out to part throtle you again get closed loop
the reason you dont want to hit big boost while testing for closed loop is Im told that there is a RPM VS airflow map that will put your car in open loop
you may even unplug your apc solto get a clearer pic
you can also watch inj pulswidth or dutycycle in the same manner it will swing around a lil in closed loop than become more fixed in open loop increasing open time with rpm & airflow increases
bazil my car does the same thing yours does Im not woried about it & I wouldent if I was you
I know my switch is good & my car starts floored too
take care
