Just about everyone that has driven the new 9-3 says it needs more power. Are people saying that the 175hp low pressure turbo is not doing it's job or are they saying that they are used to a high pressure turbo and they want more power, such as in the upcoming Aero/Vector models. In the current 9-3 (actually previous MY), both the base and the SE were high pressure turbo, so the driver actually felt the turbo rush. In this new Linear 9-3, it is basically just a low pressure turbo such as the one in the 9-5 and you aren't supposed to feel rush....correct? All of the low pressure turbo's that I've driven, IE 9-5, VW Passat, Audi A4 did not have a rush, it just felt as if they had a lot of low end torque, then they kind of ran out of steam. Is that's what the new 9-3 low pressure does? If I understand it correctly, the low pressure turbo is supposed to compete with things like the Accord/Toyota 4 cyl. sedans, so I think that it would be one better for it's role. Just curious.
