The plugs were not gapped to spec but to a smaller gap as other recommended for high boost applications. Using a smaller gap just caused more misfiring problems with me though. I was also using a boost controller at the time and have taken it off the car. Correcting the plug gaps and removing the boost controller solved my problems. The funny thing is now I get more boost without the boost controller. At the time with the boost controller I was trying to eliminate my overboost/fuel cut off problems. Now I'm experimenting with Brads trick to the MAP sensor to correct this but recently I'm still getting overboost. This week I may try a GM 3 bar MAP sensor (GM part #16040749) that should allow the car to boost up to 30psi which is more then enough to handle my overboost. problems.
