Put it in the top gear. Go 1/2 of the redline and note your current speed.
Double that speed and you'll be hitting the redline, the car's max speed.
Now, the only calculation you have to get is wind resistence. If you come to 170 mph some how, I don't think a saab is slippery enough to go that fast. But, with enough horsepower even a school bus could go 170 Mph!
