us spec for 160 hp 87 900 (Saab spec'n) is 9.7 psi max boost, 5 psi basic (5.8 for M85-6), and 13.8 psi fuel cut. if hp is 160, max operating boost is not 13.8 psi. that is likely fuel cut value.

If ur sensor is 10 ohm ambient, and 88 ohm at .6 bar (us spec), and parallel 300 ohm r drops boost, u have a problem with mod or control sys.

to tweak boost on stock sys for few psi, check notes at dave n's site. resistor best for just simple mad-max type switlch.
